I saw the wiring diagram for the XS 400 F but for some reason it's not making a whole lot of sense of what I have here.

8 of the wires on the harness go to a fuse box for a total of 4 circuits. So you should have 2 of each identical wire coming from the harness.
The heaviest wire is your main power and thats a 20 amp fuse. The rest are ignition, signal, and headlight, all 3 of those are 10amp

I got a new one on the way! LOL...
If I remember correctly, the brown wires are all ground wires. They connect to all the lights and horn. You may see a big nasty hub on the main brown wire with a bunch of others tied into it.
