Intro to xs cafe project.

Hi guys,

Im new on the forum and wanted to say hi to you all. some very cool bikes on here. :)

Here's my xs 400 cafe project. At the moment modifications include nitroheads style seat, headlight brackets, pod filters and LED indicators. Future mods include clip ons and black wheels. :)

sick ride man. That's almost exactly what I have planned for mine. I wish we could get those nitroheads seats over here, or that they didn't cost so much. As it is I'm making my own to mimic the nitroheads ducktail with the buttons like yours.

It's actually not a nitroheads branded seat. I bought it from a website called motolanna.com. Surprisingly cheap aswell. :) needs a little frame modification to fit though.

Damn, that is pretty cheap. I might have to spring for one of those and abandon my seat-making effort. How is overall fitment and quality? What else needs to be done to the frame other than removing that raised crossmember and replacing it with a flat one? and chopping the frame, obviously.
