Hi Travis yes the axle is 16.66 ish mm And no the new hard tail kit that I welded on makes it 1” wider, I’m going to need a 10.5” bolt with 1” of threade end, and New spacers to centre the wheel. I’m going to have to get my machine shop to build me a new axle bolt.

I was thinking the same. New bottom end is probably squeezing the cam 100,000 of an inch too much.

I just took it apart again and took out the cam, and put it back together and retorqued all bolts in the case. EVERYTHING SPINS FREELY. took it apart gain and reinstalled the cam, retorqued all bolts to 5 ft lbs. it spins. large bolts are supposed to be 15-20 ft lbs.- anything above 5 ft lbs of...
