When I start my bike after it warms up, idles up on its own. Raises about 2000rpm. Throttle snap stays the same. Adjust idle screw. Idles down sometimes but will idle back up. Carbs have been rebuilt multiple times, new seals, adjusted. New carb holders. Could a stuck float cause this issue...

Has anyone switched there carbs to the new Mikuni vm30 on there xs400? Over the carb issues and looking to upgrade? Wounding if that carb would work?
