Hi, does anyone know any other motorcycles that have the same size valve adjustment plugs? Broke one of four and can't find a replacement anywhere.

    1981 XS400 SE valve seals

I had one too big, not sure if the seat had been replaced or the valve seals were just bad quality resulting one to be a bit wider, but got a different one and seals replaced. So fyi, all 4 seals should be the same.

    Recommended petrol

Hi! In Estonia we have 95 and 98, not the same than in US. This year 95 changed and the new one, 95E10 has 10% biocomponents. You shouldn’t drive some old cars with this petrol. What about our motorcycles? Should be fine, I don’t know much about fuels.

The fuel hose is a bit in the way, but that's because of my fuel filter. Everything still works nicely though. Took my xs400 to a motoshow in Estonia, called MotoExotica. First day my bike was in a separate booth with another motorcycle (not shown in the pictures). But in the evening the...

Yep, just put it on prime. If you have any other questions, then maybe this video helps (made mine accordingly): But speaking of petcocks, I just installed a new manual one, cause the old one was leaking in every position.

Thanks Blu and Sauerkraut, the Borbets are my brothers! The texture is only a little bit rough BBS360. I wouldn't blast the covers if you want to polish them though. Started putting the bike together, added new bronze bushings as well.

Got the frame from powdercoating! And there was another cafe project frame that got painted matte black at the same time, but I think my glossy one looks a lot better. You can see some in the corner.
