replacing brakes & signals with leds and replacing headlight with something as bright as the sun is the only way to go.

sounds like the headlight wires in the bucket. I had an issue with my headlight.. sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. My problem was the fuse box and no matter how hard I hit the bucket wouldn't make it go on.

I've kept my tank full over the last 3 winters with fuel additive and haven't had a problem yet.

If your rpms don't match your speed then I would say your clutch is slipping and you need to replace the plates.

I say get it. I found a complete parts bike for 100 bucks on craigslist so worst case scenario you can get parts for nearly nothing. There aren't that many moving parts or complicated things. I would say you got a good shot of getting spark as is. Prolly just need to replace the fuse panel (10...
