Left Signal Shuts Off Motor

1982 XS400 Heritage - I had some electrical work done on the bike and the signals were working fine when I picked the bike up. When I got the bike home, the right signal was working fine but when I activated the left signal, my headlight, tail light and light cluster were all flashing, and the motor would shut off. Is it grounding I assume. any thoughts as to solving this?

A low battery can cause a similar issue... not to sure about just 1 side doing it though. Sadly the only real way to check is to start chasing the wire back and see what youve got going on.

yup! if UPS can pull it off, then so can you!
