Hey guys, I was just curious as to who has the highest mileage (or in my case kilometers) on their bike.

My 1983 Maxim 400 has 64'500 km on it and still runs like champ! I'm hoping to hit 75'000 at the end of this season.

There is a member on here that has over 75k km's (around 47k miles) on his dohc xs400. But the thing with such old bikes knowing what has been done to them and if it is the original speedometer it's hard to tell if it is real or not.

That's awesome! This bike never ceases to amaze me. Wonder if someone will roll the speedometer over.

Hard to answer that question, but I'm sure someone somewhere has. I've put over 2,500 km (1,500 mi) on this year with commuting and a couple day rides. I'm considering riding a mini Iron Butt (500 mi/800 km in 12 hrs) in June, and a week long riding/camping trip of northern Ontario in early August. Am I likely to do 25,000 km in the next year or 2? Probably. The bigger question in my mind is if I will still be riding an XS or something else?

I owned an 85 gs550ef that was rolled over on the odo. Bought before I knew anything about bikes. The local old bike guys said the cam chain shouldn't be that worn with and odometer reading of 40000 kms....nor the brake rotors that worn out. The hyvo chain was unreal loud. Tensioner wasn't even tensioning the cam chain. Still ran like a champ too. and I made money on it when I sold.

100,000 km's is like 62k miles. So rolling over an odometer is very doable. I want to see a mile odometer bike flip:bike:

Sorry, no rollover to offer.
I got only 84.000 km on my XS . They should be true, I own it since 1992 (with a short break of 2000 km).
