I'll put picture below, but as I've been reassembling before spring ride, I put together my wheel with new tire and it doesn't look right. Am I missing something or not assembled correctly?

Thanks let me know and or pictures.

Tim

Looks ok to me. Make sure the spindle clamp in torqued to 14lbs and the gap is facing the rear of the bike.

See the gap in this pic in the clamp. You tighten the front first then the rear.

Yes, front first. Before that you tighten the axle nut first. This pulls everything over and into proper alignment. then tighten the clamp.

Thanks a lot that is really helpful. Thanks guys, one last question (probably a stupid question:doh:) but my last one for now. Do u tighten both if the nuts to 14lbs or fully tighten the front and only torque the rear bolt? Thanks a lot

Both to 14lbs. Do the front first. Make sure the clamp is facing the right way. There is an arrow under it. You want that to face forward.

I've got a question, I have a 1980 with drum brakes. What steps do I go threw to take my rim and tire off? And are the bearings in the axel or outside the axel? Don't wanna buy new parts if I don't need to. Thanks.

The bearings on both wheels are housed in the hubs. Each axel is essentially a long bolt, and has no bearings. The process for wheel removal is covered in the on-line manual; plus check out YouTube videos to see the process and helpful hints.

Use the center-stand and remove the rear tire. To remove the front tire, you can use the center-stand again but you need to add weight to the rear to elevate the front wheel.

Tire removal from the wheel is in the manual as well, but again, seek out YouTube for examples of how to do this successfully and not pinch (ruin) the tube on install.
