For Sale - Parting out 1983 xs400 clean title

Bike is not running, i believe its a wiring harness issue. So pretty much everything else is for sale I am only missing one piece of side panel on the battery side. Other than that all of the parts are there. I will sell the whole bike for 700 with a clean title, if someone wants a project.
