Headlight & Corresponding Fuse (also faulty blinkers?)

Hi guys,

Earlier on in my rebuild project, while troubleshooting for spark, I noticed that the headlight didn't work and the blinkers are really faulty - sometimes they come on, sometimes they don't, and only rarely do they actually blink. Moreover, while checking fuses, I got a zero resistance reading on the little metal trays that hold the headlight fuse. I'm optimistic that this is a pretty simple problem(s) but I figured it's still worth an ask in case anyone knows off the top of their head the likely cause(s).

Thanks!
Jake

Zero resistance or no continuity? Zero resistance is great. :)
The fuse holders do get some surface corrosion. A light sanding should clear up any fuse holders that aren't conducting through good fuses.

All your issues could possibly be caused by your faulty stator. The lower stator voltage could prevent the headlight relay from ever pulling in.

Flashers could be low battery voltage, an aging flasher relay, or a poor connection at/in the handlebar controls.
