Hey folks, I am in the process of ordering new brake components and I was wondering if anyone knew offhand the length of the stock front and rear brake hoses. I don't have a piece of string handy to measure. I am assuming that the measurement is eye to eye.

Was eyeballing this part on MikesXS and was wondering if it would work for the rear.

Rough measurement i got was around 25 inches. No idea on the front length.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Just FYI for anyone thats interested, I went ahead and ordered the set for the 77D through HEL. When they arrived, the rear brake line was the same length as the stock 79 line. The new lines didnt have the rotated banjo fittings like the stock lines, but I was able to get them on no problem. The front line was 2-3 inches shorter than the stock 79 front line, but I had put lower handlebars on my bike in the past and everything worked out just about perfectly as far as length goes. These are definitely quality lines. about 7 business days from order to arrival. Brakes are a bit stiffer and more responsive, which was very welcome.
