Stock Rear Shock Length?

Nothing? Do I need to start my own thread to ask a simple question? :wtf: Not trying to thread jack, just asking specifics about what was already stated!

It all comes down to rider preference. Some people say the shocks are great value, others compare them to a solid strut. It also makes a difference what your swapping out - my shocks are totally blown, so I would imagine I would feel an improvement with anything!

. They also talked me out of more expensive Nitros due to the higher spring rate, and recommended the cheapest option they sell. First time a company has not tried to rip me off to make a buck!

That is how you get repeat business! Did you place the order? I am very tempted, but have I wait for some cheques to clear. Let us know how they feel!!

I didn't commit yet. I really wanted the Nitros due to aluminum hardware and stainless springs, and I need rebound control. So I may be going with YSS instead if they ever get back to me. In the end I may just end up with the cheaper Hagons due to time constraints.

But I'm not light, that's why I was asking. My stock shocks are alright, I think. I haven't ridden my bike yet, it's still in pieces. Don't know of it will be good for a fatso.

Sorry for the Zombie Thread!
I am placing an order for some shocks and Hagon says their records show the XS400 have 14mm bottom bushings. I thought they were 10mm.
I am away from my bike, but can anyone confirm?
