Hi Guys,

I'm from Italy, sniffing petrol since I was 2 years old.:bike:
Some years ago I bought this:

It looks good but in very bad engine conditions.
But my idea was to fully modify it and to completely restore the mechanics.

After A LOT of time (read: money :laugh2:) and with the help of some friends, I'm glaid to show to you what it become

Great job! any more info on your rearsets?

Yep thats something I am interested in to.......my latest build is going to need them......the factory ones just dont feel right to me.

Trying to keep it cheap dont want to buy tarozzis ;)

Thanks guys!

for the tail we started from a universal fiberglass seat pan and we modify it to fit the chassis (I can't find a model on sale that may be good on this bike).
We also cut the chassis and made the support to mount the seat pan. The seat is custom made in leather.
All the electronics (simplified and re-wired) are hidden under the seat pan (included the battery and the ECUs). We kept the electronic start working.
The rear light come from a Guzzi bike.
The chassis was "cleaned" from all the hooks and painted in satin black.

The small fenders are custom made.
We put new instruments with a selfmade support, all the handlebars controls are new (except for the cluch lever)
New brake pump
New custom made stainless steel mufflers
Firestone vintage tyres
New rear shocks
New chain

All the bolts, nuts, pins have been galvanised
New footpegs
A full engine service with new pistons

...and sure a lot more that I can't remember now :D

Great work. How is that carb setup working for you? Anything you would do differently now that you have it together?
