Just remember, the PSI that a pump puts out is only part of the equation. More important is the flow rating, which is what you should focus on.
 
Ya that's why the fuel regulator should be in place.....just wanting to find the most simple and budget friendly way to do it. Will post some go pro video soon, if I can figure out how to anyway.
 
I don't know how the dual feed would work with the regulator/pump but IF you do it, it's dead easy to tap the carb.
The hole is already the right size. Twist the tap in, twist it out, and it's done.
I'd use a drill press to make the final fuel delivery hole though.
 
So I rode with an oversized fuel line and never had it run out once..... So thinking another petcock and fuel line will be plenty....

I was having so much fun grabbing gears that I noticed the clutch slips a little between gears.... Anyone know of an aftermarket clutch or a way to stiffen the factory one up a little?
 
You can shim your pressure plate springs with washers for a little more grab.

Aside from just aftermarket frictions and springs you can probably machine your Steels to add another Friction disc and plate. Would require some checking and math, possibly a different basket.
 
The EBC heavy duty springs are more than you will ever need, I found that out breaking clutch cables. They should be able to handle any amount of power you throw at the motor. They are inexpensive as well.
