The valve inspection cap recently broke when removing. I was hoping someone may know the part number for it so I can search for one to purchase. Thanks. I have a part number of 1L9-11186-00-00 is that correct?

You can look up the parts yourself on a number of sites (Partzilla.com, Yamahapart.com, etc), just drill into the year and model for the bike and look at the exploded parts and associated lists of part numbers. I just did that for a 1977 XS400D and you indeed have the correct part number.
