Hi, so I took my bike out today and had a minor accident. I'm fine. The bike still runs. But it's not street legal.

One problem is the right rear turn signal. They are available at Fortnine. The other is the brake light. This looks like it might need new plastic on the rear fender. Any way to fix that without buying a whole new rear fender?

Also, the rear stop light is dead (does not light when front or rear brakes are pressed), but I'm not sure why. Whereas the rear turn signal is a dead bulb.

Suggestions for self service much appreciated. Lol thanks.

Do you have or can you look for the broken plastic bits that are missing from the fender? I am thinking that this can be glued back together.

Gone. But that's all the damage. My calf and thigh got scraped. And my ego bruised for having dropped it.

Other than that. I plan to get the parts (or jury rig something) and get back on that horse asap.

Glutton for punishment. Lol

Well then, find some ABS plastic sheet and some ABS glue. You can probably square off the existing broken areas with a hacksaw blade. Get crafty with it! Sandpaper and paint will cover a multitude of small mistakes. You have nothing to lose, especially if you can't find the fender for a price worth paying.

Oh yeah - post what you do!

Hey, anyone know if there's a difference between front and rear blinkers? I found a few on ebay, but I'm wondering can I use any of them interchangeably? Or is each one specific to its location on the bike? Seems like they're all the same to me. But that's how you get burned in an ebay buy.

Don't feel too bad, I dropped mine in the beginning of February. We had a 2 week long cold snap into the 20's (F) then had a beautiful 63 deg. Day. Decided to ride in and 4 blocks from my house hit black ice right at a stop sign. It was down in a wooded valley where the sun hadn't warmed things up and it just looked damp. Bike disappeared right out from under me! Like a looney tunes cliff seen! Luckily I was slowing for the stop sign and well under 10mph. Bent my headlight bracket, a turn signal and misaligned the forks. DOH!
