I am looking to pull the motor from my bike tomorrow so I am one step further to beginning my hard tail once my bars come in. The bottom of my motor is really dirty and caked with grit and grime, so it's hard to see all the bolts! Can anyone just give me a quick heads up on what needs to be done to pull the motor (keep in mind the bike is simply the frame and motor, basically everything else has been removed). I can see the top two motor mounts and the bottom one in the front, but there has to be more right?

there are two more in the back towards the rear wheel. spray it with some degreaser or toss some water on it. make sure all holes are plugged if you do it. happy lifting. lol

Yea I'm sure it isn't light! Do the back two bolts have anything to do with the center stand? That is what the bike is on currently, but is going to be changed (I am probably going to build a table for it this weekend).

Check out the table I built, it's easy, cheap, and works like a champ! Check out my build thread for pictures, and let me know if you need any measurements if you go that route.

Hardtailed, that table looks great! Do you know the measurements off hand? I was thinking something like 8'x3'x3' or something.

Exact measurements of the table....

8' long
30" wide
2' tall (without the casters or the thickness of the plywood top)

The ramp is 18" wide. One 4'x8' sheet of plywood is the exact amount needed to make the 8'x30" top and the 8'x18" ramp (did that for cost purposes!! lol) I built the top and bottom frame first (each has something like 4 cross-braces), then cut the 2' top to bottom supports. I screwed the supports in first, then went back and installed 5/8"x4" bolts for extra strength.

Let me know if you need anything else man!!
