Long time no see I have a question

I found a pretty sweet Honda 400 http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcd/2562326690.html
It says the inside of the tank is rusted...can this problem be fixed is it a really major problem. What do you guys think of it? I think the bike looks pretty sweet and I want something cool to fix up opinions?

rusty tanks are really no problem...as long as theres no pinholes started where the gas is leaking thru.....tank kits are like $45 and they do the job nicely.

the bike was so awesome looking man it sucks the guy was going to sell it to me and then 30 minutes later was like oh sorry already sold it. I even offered him a hundred more then the other buyer gah. Well if anyone sees a bobber or a cafe that needs some TLC in ohio around columbus let me know I want something to work on since my XJ 650 is so freaking mechanically sound. although Ithink the starter might be going out. So if anyone has an extra starter that will fit my XJ let me know!
