I may have over looked it, but I didn't see where any vacuum line would go to the petcock ? I did notice also when I pulled the tank. When petcock was on position it leaked freely.

hello all. I have a slight similar issue. I picked up what i was told was a 1980 yamaha xs400. however on title it only says 1980 yamaha 400cc. no model giving. and there are no markings on the bike other than vin and yamaha emblem. any suggestions on how to confirm this before i get too far...
