did I mess up my frame?

After hours of painstaking swing arm bolt removal I noticed I may have damaged the inner side of the bolt hole on the frame. This was probably due to me being an idiot and slamming a bolt that didn't fit properly in the hole in attempt to remove the swing arm. (I also had to grind out the swing...

    Difficult tach cable removal

I have the exact same issue! However I didn't have the liberty of being able to take any screw out... my screw hole appears empty though I'm not sure if half the screw is just broken off? anyone buy a prefabricated cafe hoop?

@got20z love your blue bike!! Sick as hell. I think I'm going HF baby! lol. Question... when you made the weld... did you use a squared off butt joint or a beveled one? Did you use slugs? Did you leave a gap between the frame and the cafe hoop such that the welding material would touch all three...

@NewHavenMike what amperage of a welder did you use for this? I can tell you had a great quality lincoln. I'm planning to do the work in my garage (which I could pay an electrician to install a 220v) but i'm limited in what welders I can use. I was thinking of buying the Eastwood 135 to get the...
