1981 XS400 unable to rev - low idle rpm - help!!
Hi I am unable to rev the engine at neutral, the engine will shut off. The weather is 48 F so I have the choke out, rpm is around 700-800. I have added the video, can anyone suggest what may be the issue or what I should do to fix it?- Markose K
