my xs400 powered bobber,made it to the horse backstreet chopper mag this mounth.that was a nice feeling.:thumbsup:

check to make sure that both carbs are synced,the screw in the middle of both of them,which makes both carbs close and up the same amount at the same time

have any of you guys made sure they are sinked,so they are both closed and they both open at the same time.this is the screw in the middle of the carbs,,if not adjusted one will be cracked open a little while the other is closed,,causing what would sound like a air leak or to lean,,

i ran #50 chain which is the same as a 530,but you can buy it by 10 foot roll,have not had any troubles running them,if they can turn a shit spreader,they can turn a rear tire..LOL

ditch the glass packs,,,,,go copper,couple fittings,some silver soilder,and rivets and away you go..plus it gives you nice tattoos on your lower leg,,free of charge.LOL

here is a couple pics during mockup,she rides like a rigid,no give at all,changing the seat on it now to a spring mount,took it out for a test ride and i had to push my spine back down from the top of my skull...LOL
