sorry to not get back to you yesterday! work took longer then i expected and my sister was at my house when i got home and needed some help. i hope you get everything figured out!

where is your bike at? i'm in south everett and can bring you a regulator after work tomorrow or early in the morning.

i hope you didn't dissolve the o-rings on the butterfly shaft and now they're gumming up the shaft. :wink2:

i have 2 bs34 carbs from my 78, and i want to do a 2-1 mod. they need to be gone through, may need new parts but the diaphragms are not ripped, need all new hardware (bike sat in a flood plain for many years). left carb's butterfly is stuck. everything is here though, and they should run fine...

it works real well too. my brother in laws dt 125's clutch was stuck and that freed it right up.

could always try running it up to approx. 10 mph in neutral then hop on and stuff it in first and rap the throttle to try and free the plates.

sounds to me like the clutch is stuck. how long has it been sitting?

does your right side switch assembly have a headlight on/off switch? my 78 does, but i already tore the wiring harnedd out and i'm at school. i'll look into it when i get home today. BTW sorry for the necro, i forgot i was looking through old threads.

That's a great idea! i was trying to figure out a way to plug that. i was gonna machine a plug at school, but this is a way better idea!thanks!
