    Go for it it's shouldn't be that hard I have done it to my Sportster and love it! I am reworking my son's bike and am considering setting it up with a suicide clutch before giving it back to him. What kind of pointers are you looking for?

    No that should be fine have you checked your charging system? And I know it a stupid question but if you are hooked straight to the high beam (or both high and low) are you sure you are using the correct ground terminal on the lamp? :shrug: Posted via Mobile

    Pin gauges would be the proper way but you probably don't have them. If you have a set Of tiny drill bits you can use the shaft side like you would feeler gauges slide them in and the one that slides in snugly without binding or being forced is the size :shrug: Posted via Mobile

    I know I could do these different but I like the style they are going black with chrome heat shields. so you can see that mufflers are not an option. we want them to be loud but don't want a fix it ticket every time he gets pulled over.
