The shop is champion cycle. Located at 485 rogers road. That is a very tight radius, but depending on wall thickness, it can be done. Otherwise just make two pieces, bevel the ends and fill it with weld and grind it smooth.

Its your air/fuel mixture screw. You can run with no main jet needles for about minute at any rev range and feel fine. If that makes any sense. So, forget about main jets.
