Depending on how long your headers are I don't think there would be enough weight in it to need a bracket, if you think you do maybe just go to bunnings and buy some alluminum plate and make your own??
I put my bars on today and thought I hadn't done the bolts up tight enough, thank god I found this thread...
Do you think that if you turned some solid aluminum on a lathe the bars would cop alot of vibration??
Sorry if it has been covered already but what length were your shocks eye to eye? And where did you buy them? Are the aftermarket or off a different make/model?
Is that all that's different between 250 and 400?
Maybe just get a block of wood and cut the correct diameter circle out, wrap it in emry paper and put a bolt through, put it in your drill...
Thanks bc, I can see the difference in the underside just wondering if tank 1 will fit on my frame and clear the coils under the tank... My other option is a Yamaha as100 tank
