Tx for the compliments, The shifter works well the foot clutch is a little hard to handle. For the first drive in years i wanted to ride easly so i made it original. But i like it , when things are not original....

I want to make some of silencing because its to much and dont want that the cops hear and see me with a bike that does not meet the requirements... There is one air screw on trhe carb? what is the intention of that screw? what size sprinkler u use?

So finally I had problems with the bike, the bike didn't run anymore... After many evenings kicking.. en measurements. i came to the conclusion that the CDI had to be broken. So i made an ignition from a kit and now after months its running again!! But it makes a lot of noise...

Are u sure the fuses are oke? if u had an short circuit then you have seen probably sparks to.. so when you dont have any voltage. Check your fuses again, or maybe the wire is broken. or tell us what you al ready have checked

Thats not the problem Drewpy i had it conected with cabels to my car, the voltage on the coils was 12.5 volts and on the other wire that should switch to 0 volt it only drops to 10 volts. so THats not enough.

#bkoch its from a Jawa cz from i dont know exact what year its from. i think its about 1950. The tank gap is welded more to the front of the bike , because it was to much in the middle.:D

Im busy building a hardtail and now i want to make a new wiriing, so i wanted to know how thick cable's i need to use.. for the ingnition coils , dynamo somwbody know how much amperes the motor uses??
