    My XS360 build finished....finally!!!

Hey mate! At least someone finished the bike :) Looks great! Really clean...and sounds good! Only one thing I would try to do....to lower the headlight a little to keep the line of the bike (seat-tank-headlamp) more horizontal

Whats a fair deal for welding a rear hoop?

What the hell? 150 bucks for welding TWO ends of pipe? He works as a lawyer or what?;)

No issue with the chain...and no mods. But I have to say 360mm seems to be the maximum. There should not be any issue with stock shock length. Maybe tighten a chain?

Ezetman: Thanks mate. I would love to have it done already. But I am pretty busy atm and its hard to find few hours to sort this thing out :-( To be honest, the marriage didn't help at all :-) Hey Ketchup, greetings to Denmark... I would say these RS forks are actually shorter... I can measure...

Maybe you can stay with stock mufflers...and raise the rearsets to have more space...

Well, you have disc brake, right? I am not familiar with disc brake at the back (I have drum). So I am not sure where is stock brake pump. Maybe you could use stock splined brake arm like this... Or something more sophisticated like this....
