While adjusting my front brake cable, the mount broke! Has this ever happened to anyone? Any suggestions you guys have that wont require taking the whole front wheel off and will secure the cable? Any help would be great! Thanks

I'm putting my bike back together and everything is working great. Except for the electric start. I checked all the grounds, jumped the starter wire directly to the positive terminal and got the bike started on the first start. The headlights work and all the lights work, minus the rear signals...

I am in MN also and am in the process of putting the bike back together. Having the same issue. Has power, lights, everything but starter doesnt come on. Kickstarting seems like its not having any effect at all. I'm anxious to see what everyone says.

Ok guys, after looking at the wires. There is one yellow one and 3 white ones. Looking at the harness it goes to, there is one yellow wire there too and 3 white ones. I am assuming the yellow goes to the yellow(bottom left prong in the female plug) but what about the 3 white wires? Is there any...

Wow. I dont think this harness was ever hooked up or I would have labeled it during the tear down. There is also an unlabeled white plug that have four prongs. I am guessing they go together. Now I have to figure out which wire goes where. Not sure if they are color coded and match the other...

Do you guys know where these go? They seem to come out of the chain cover from the stator? Also how do you guys route these wires and the wire coming from under the chain cover back up without hitting the chain?

Sounds like good advice guys. I'm looking at different options I have with the sprocket. If nothing comes up then a new wheel will have to be sourced out.

I just got confirmation that they are indeed pressed in the wheel. I'm gonna use some of my engineering skills and try to modify the sprocket so that it will seat farther down. Gonna try to grind the grooves in the back of the sprocket to make them deeper so they'll seat on the studs better. I'm...

It might be time to start looking for replacements. Or a new sprocket. You guys have any idea on how to take them off or if there is a sprocket out there that'll work?

Did you guys have any issues with installing the c-clip and washer after the sprocket was installed?

They almost seem normal. Gonna try some clamping down and then consider replacement. Seems like in half a cm too high, if anything. Anyone know how to get them off?

That picture almost makes mine look normal. I guess its normal to have a little bit of play with the plastic spacers. Do you guys have any tips on getting that washer and c-clip in? Almost seems like everything would work without that washer and c-clip.
