Not sure if they would fit on your '81 or not but I'm pretty sure they would. I'd do some research just to make sure.

Nope.
Those are off a DOHC bike and will only fit DOHC/1982+ bikes unless some funky customs mounts are fabricated.
The jetting would be off too.
