Here are some photos of my xs 400 build
This is where I started



Then I changed direction when I got a set of cbr 600 forks and went with a cbr 250 rear wheel. This is where I'm currently at with it I'd like to finish the body work on the tank, paint the frame, and clean everything up.

I think i'd prefer the seat to be in suede

Hey did your cb forks fit right away or did you have to modify a bit?

Hey did your cb forks fit right away or did you have to modify a bit?

I honestly don’t remember what was involved it was a few years ago when I did the swap. I wanna say everything fit but I had to shim the bottom race since it was a larger diameter than the fork shaft.
