For Sale - 82 or 83 Maxim 400

Howdy folks. Thanks for allowing me to register and post a classified on your forum. I hafta clean up some sheds, so this bike needs a good home. 95% complete Maxim 400 for sale. It came out of a friend's rental house in the late 90s. I reinstalled the carbs in 2002, and ran it around our farm until 2008. Has sat underroof most it's life. 49k on the meter. TMU cuz the speedo doesn't work. Engine weak, clutch slipped when on the gas in 3rd and 4th, but trans is fine. Tank and seat good. Front sprocket like new. Luggage rack bent. Proverbial barn find. No title. Best offer.

I would be as well. I'm looking for the single screw sealed headlight that will fit an '81 (and I think this one would work for me).
