Arizona?

I've got an uncle that lives in the Tempe area...was planning on visiting in a few weeks.
Thinking of relocating the family out there..anybody from that general area?
I've visited once before...and the weather is a major plus for me as I see it...just looking for some other thoughts from some locals perhaps.

Isn't it really damn hot and really damn dry in AZ? Maybe the really damn dry helps with the really damn hot?

yep....good for arthritis....which is becoming more of an issue for me....due to foolishness in the past with a dirtbike,...style of work,etc,..
Cant find decent steady work here...may have a lead on some there...might be the thing to do.
