Hey y'all;
Had some progress early in the week. My brother stayed for a few days and we managed to play motorbikes and drink some beer. I had some spare rear shocks, so we took to them with an angle grinder and withdrew a few inches......ha cool, it's almost a chopper....well not quite. Got most other things workin, front brake, kicka and throttle, even took her for a tear up the street and back. It felt good to finally get some wid in the hair......or lack there of.
I helped him move house and he gave me a coffin shaped LED tail light.....yeah cool. He also gave me some sixteen inch ape hanger bars.........? I don't think they will make it onto the xs400, though they will add characture hanging in the shed. One day there will be a project for them.
Now I have a question, if anyone can help out. Will xs750 spoke wheels fit onto my xs400 (78), I've just got to do away with the ugly mags.
