Bike won’t idle and squeaks

Finally cleaned the carbs and fed gas in them, and put fresh oil in the engine. First start in about 8 years! The bike wouldn’t idle, I had to hold the throttle open for it to keep running. Also, the left side of the engine was squeaking loudly, maybe around the points cover.

Anyone know how I can fix these problems? It may not be a lot to go off but help would be greatly appreciated!
