XS400 Addict
Found on Craigslist this morning. For 50 bucks I got:
Turns out the seller lives less than a mile from me and put some of his 650 stuff on Craigslist. He was about 80% complete with hardtailing and chopping his XS650. It was a work of art.
Right now I'm in the put back together phase of my XS400 project (put the motor back in the frame yesterday) and seeing this Craigslist add could not have come at a better time.
The following things I should be able to use and now no longer need to acquire:
Master Cylinder
Mirrors
Tank Badges (in perfect shape!)
Foot peg rubbers
Petcock
Blinkers
Guages
I'm hoping the gas tank will work as the one I have has a huge dent and will take a lot of refinish work to get smooth.
I'm one happy camper
