Do i need to replace the cam sproket?

Hi, i inspected my timing chain and my tensionner seem to be at maximum extension and the chain start to being slack. I am going to buy a new oem timing chain.
Since the timing gears are discontinued, i am asking you.
Do i need to change the cam sproket? And whats about the other gear at the bottom of the engine?

My engine is about 23k miles.
