it looks complicated but is just an alloy porthole I got off ebay for £1.60.

A friend cut me some Lexan and i cut a dirty big hole, threaded 4mm holes with flanged nuts behind. the whole thing is sealed with heat and oil proof grey RTV sealant.

the hardest part was getting a 92mm hole cutter free!:D
 
sweet drewps, quality looks top notch, what did you ge for 1.60? just the alloy surround?

I make power take off covers for trucks that are the same principal, I use 1/2inch polycarbonbonate, heat resistant and super strong
