tomorrow I'm gonna pick up my powdered coated frame for the tracker!

tank and seat in for paint (that's next month)

the rebuild starts..... wooooooohoooooooo!!

Fantastic!! Yes, definitely show us some pics!

While my frame paint is in decent condition, I would love to strip the bike and have the frame, etc. powder coated some day. No money for that now, though.

taper bearings are in, painting the swingarm pivot covers ATM.

Got an issue with one fork leg which is sticking so I might need to strip it down to check (or it might just need using)

seat and tank is off to paint

engine still needs some detailing work to bring it up to standard.

And I thought I'd just do a backstreet bike rough around the edges

never, i repeat NEVER polish anything, you'll end up doing the whole bike to the same standard

Haha, I was wondering about all that flaky black paint on the engine. I can empathize as I am in a similar situation: once you bring one part up to snuff everything else looks junky! Your frame looks "the biz" as they say in your neck-o-the-woods, good job!

fitted the painted swingarm seals this afternoon. this will be the only gold on the bike
