Ethanol-free gas?
Before I learned the ropes, I hijacked Petei's in-line gas filter thread when I got curious and emailed retailers. I posted the results there instead of starting anew - begging Travis' forgiveness ...

Here is a summary of the findings on the hijacked site, and the latest reply from UltraMar.
SHELL is the simplest - and they sticker the 91 pumps to show no Ethanol.
PetroCan does offer it at some stations, but you need a detailed program.
ESSO says their premium unleaded gasoline does not contain ethanol.
The latest from UltraMar:
"Provincial law requires us to sell a certain percentage of ethanol in our gasoline.
Ultramar has limited this percentage (approximately 10%) to regular gasoline only.
The mid-grade (Plus) gasoline, in some station, is equipped with a system that mixes the Regular and Supreme to create the Plus grade of gasoline, rather than having a seperate tank for the mid-grade.
As for the Supreme gasoline, it contains no trace of Ethanol.
Therefore you could receive some ethanol in certain stations only if you purchase the Regular or Plus gasoline."
