Hey fellas,
So as parts research and sourcing continues for my build, I've come across a tank from DimeCity that I like the shape of. The thing is, this tank is fiberglass. I've never had a fiberglass tank. And though the site says the tank is good on all XS models, I have concerns.
A) Mounting: As in, there don't appear to be any pre-fit mounting points and I cant weld fiberglass. How do they expect you to do it?
B) If this thing gets damaged I'm done. The material is super sturdy up until it cracks..
Tell me your thoughts or experience with fiberglass tanks. Would you try it?
