First start after total rebuild

Hey all, just got it running for the first time in what must be 10 or 15 years. Took quite a long time, but a few cc of Petrol in each cylinder did the trick. Sound like a sewing machine. Clutch was seized up but a bump start and some acceleration and braking freed it up.
Only problem is it will race unless choke is out, must be a weak mixture at tickover, but I’m running all standard jets and filters. Only difference from stock is 2:1 exhaust and silencer off a 900cc triumph adventurer. Any ideas guys or gals.

The carbs need to be synchronized first.

What are the mix screws set at?

Aftermarket exhaust will change things but shouldnt really be a factor at idle.. might make it a bit lean.

Yes, I would first sync the carbs with a manometer.
