Every time I stop at a red light the Mortal race to 4000 4500 RPM I figured out one cylinder if I spray carb cleaner into the back of the carburetor with a carburetor air cleaner boot it goes back to normal for about 15 seconds to 30 seconds that it starts to race again I don't understand what the problem is I can't figure it out can anybody help me
