How do I adjust the rear suspension?

There are apparently specialty tools available, but I was able to crank mine up fairly easily with a set of large adjustable pliers.

What tool did u use to tighten it

There's a special wrench that's included with the bike's toolkit, if you have it. It's basically just a spanner wrench that's the right size for the preload adjustment.

Ok thanks ill have to find a bike set its my first bike so I have no tool for it yet

If you don't find a set, you can adjust the shock easily with one of these:
