Missing airbox plate

Hey guys, girlfriend cleaned out the garage and either threw out or lost my airbox plate that is held by a bolt which penetrates below the battery on the right side of the bike. Wondering if anyone has part# 12R1447700 or part listed as #9 in this diagram https://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-xs400-1982-maxim-usa_model8882/partslist/B-02.html#.YEfZE2lyjqs

If I can't get my hands on it does anyone have any ideas on how to go without it. By either just not using it completely or rigging something up? Thanks!!!

You need the support the bolt provides. It shouldn't be that hard to reimagine something that works.
