Mounting the rear lamp XS400 '81 Special

I have a request if someone can send a photo of how the rear lamp mount is mounted on the XS400 '81 Special. I'm sending a picture of what I mean. Is there any special screw, bushing?

Nothing goes there. I think it is used for a king/queen seat. The plastic just mounts to the fender.

XSChris thanks for your help and information. I checked on many sites with yamaha oem parts and nowhere is there any information that something was assembled on it. I mounted this plastic to the fender and the lamp to this plastic. Subject to be closed.
