My front wheel won't unlock :(

Great.

I get up, go out to start the bike and the front wheel won't unlock.

The key will turn counter clock-wise to the "park" position but it will NOT turn counter clock-wise to unlock the fork.

I had to cancel an appointment because of this.

I rode it home last night, parked it, locked the wheel and now here I am.

What should I do?

Just move the forks a bit. sometimes the force of the forks trying to straighten will prevent the lock from releasing!

Yep mine does the same thing! Like Drewpy said, just move them around. Wiggle the forks and kind of wiggle the key at the same time too and it will usually free right up.
