Welcome to the forum. Bike is a 1980 SG model. It makes a difference when your ordering parts, as some of the 79 stuff will not be the same.

That's a manufacture date not the model date. 4G5 bikes are 80+ models also known as "specials". They have a bunch of different parts than what the 77-79 bikes had. But with all the mods your doing it really don't matter much.

Seat will remain as it is because it can not open to stitch
In this moment i have problem with RPM sensor for this speedometer61uBbgWYDpL._SL1000_.jpgbut i work..

What is the problem with the RPM sensor?
I'd guess it's probably an inductive/capacitive sensor that goes on a spark plug wire?

Yes,it-s a Inductiv-capacitive senzor but don't work ...so,i decide to make this:
and WORK!!..not verry precise but in this moment it's ok for me.

The front fork it's from Ducatti monster with disc brake from Yamaha R1 2004 (320mm) with brembo caliper in front and brembo pump on the rear brake.
All whell hub it's from Suzuki DR 350 and spokes it;s stainles steel custom made
The reams is Akront, made in Spain...front 3,50 inch width and rear 4,25 inch width.
The exhaust is also made of stainless steel with a small DBkiller..
For RPM sensor i use a 100 microF capacitor and 15 Kohm resistor and work.

In this moment only problem is rebuild motor with OEM parts
Should be desasamblat and measured cilinders...

ooooo!! running but i have blue smoke on left exhaust..so,it's a must to see what's happening

Probably valve seals, hopefully valve seals lol. The Pamco with E-advance is very nice youll love it. It took me a while to get the timing right for both cylinders and I thought the wiring was just a bit thin and sort of wasnt expecting to have to make my own connections. It works perfectly though.

Do some compression tests before taking the motor apart.
Like Mike says it could just be valve seals.
Not worth the disassembly time, and risk, unless you have to.

compression tests it's verry verry good...12 atm per cilinder..so,the next step it's to desasambled to see what it's a problem
i hope it just the valve seals, but ...20161029_145834.jpg
