Ok, in my quest to have a tank that's just a little different I stumbled across a few different ones. My question is: If I find something that has a relatively wide channel for the frame but just isn't quite wide enough could it be hammered to fit? I followed the how to thread Skillzman did on hammering a knee dent tank and was wondering if I could hammer the underside to accommodate the frame.
P.S. that is a 78 Yamaha DT125 enduro tank if anyone was curious. IDK the specs on it so it may not work even with hammering.
